NASHVILLE

alright so this week i was in nashville. it was a pretty good trip.

TUESDAY:
woke up at like 5 AM to catch a 7 AM flight. oh gosh i was tired, but i saw these kinda hot skaters in the airport. how do i know they were skaters? they were carrying skateboards. so yeah. then we got to nashville like 8:30 tennesee time. so then we get our bags and then we go to the rental car place and my dad had booked an economy car, but they didn't have an economy car, so WE GOT A CONVERTABLE!!!! yeah like best part of like the whole trip. so then we go to jamie's and see her house. not too exciting. then we toured around blair, then went to lunch, then toured around campus and the city and such. so then we picked up her boyfriend matt from work, then, this was like the dumbest thing ever. so then we went back to jamie's house and one of th guys who lives there who jamie and matt are friends with, george, was going to walmart, and so were we, and george has a car, so then jamie drove with us and then matt drove with george, why we didn't all take one car i don't know. so then we went out to dinenr at this chinese buffet thing, kinda like the Grand Buffet. which was fine and then we went to walmart and lost jamie, matt, and george while we went to get a cooler, but ended up getting a big plastic tub thing. so yeah. which was such a waste of time and me and my dad were so tired and all and its like 9 at night. so this is how the whole thing was stupid. #1, taking 2 cars, #2, losing them in walmart, #3, jamie, matt, and george could have gone to walmart and left me and dad to go and have dinner and get back early to the hotel, but oh well, its done. so then we get back to the hotel at like 10, ummm not the time i would've preferred and we were supposed to have internet access there but the systems down so then my dad went over to the hotel down the street to use their's because he needed to reach his computers at home and fix stuff. so i stayed at out hotel and took a shower then watched tv then read and went to bed. my dad got back at like 12. yeah. that was tuesday.

WEDNESDAY:
me, dad, and jamie went up to mammoth caves in kentuckey, that was pretty cool. ummm got back in time to pick matt up at work then went to this german place for dinner.

THURSDAY:
me and dad went to Nashville Shores, this water park thing, it was kind of lame, they like only had tube slides and then one slide wehre you went down without a tube, but there was this one thing where it was like a half pip and they dropped you down on one side and then you just rocked back and forth in it. which was kinda cool, but scary since it was almost a complete vertical drop. then they had this like park thing in the lake (the whole park was near the lake shore) so that had all these floating things that you could jump and climb on. then they had a pool where we spent a lot of time. so then we went back to out new hotel. (yeah we checked out of the first one to get one with internet access) so we went back there and i watched like the last 40 minutes of runnaway jury, then we went out to dinner with matt and jamie to this mexican place.

FRIDAY:
in the morning me and dad rented a jet-ski, that was so much fun. i couldn't drive cuz you have to be 16, and i'm not 16. so yeah. but it was still a lot of fun. then we went to lunch with jamie at this really good sandwich place (Jimmy Johns) then we went to the parthanon, yes the actual one is in athens, but they made a replica of it and put it in nashville since nashville is like the athens of the south or something like that. yep that was pretty cool. then we went to an art musuem, ummm can you say boring? then we went back to jamie's and hung out and she went to pick up matt then we went out to dinner for japanese food, then alright here is the whole airport fiasco thing. so of course jamie and matt had to be cool and take forever to get ready to go to dinner? even though that consisted of just sitting in their room and talking. so that, made us late on trying to get to the airport, so we get on the highway and the exit we had to take was completely loaded with cars that were not moving, it was crazy. and we only had like 30 minutes to get to the airport, cuz we wanted to be there at 7, an hour before our flight leaves. so we're trying to come up with different ways to get there so we try one way, which didn't work out, but we got gas, which we needed. then we tried another way, which worked out good and got us there at 7, so we still had to return our rental car and we were worried that would take forever, but it was nice cuz you drove in a lady out in the parking lot checked you car and all then boom you were done. so then we went into the airport and checked our bag and got our tickets and we're hurrying cuz we're like trying to get to our terminal and all before we miss the flight and so we go through security. and then we're still walking fast to our terminal and then we check the ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES board and see that our plan is delayed 45 minutes, hmmm hownice that would've been to know before we started getting all stressed out? so then we just sit and wait for our plan which was over an hour late. pff 45 minutes my ass. but when i was wearing my "STOP I break for clog dancing" shirt so when i was going through security the guy was like oh are you in town for the big clog dancing competition? and i was like uhhh no its a joke and hes like oh well there is a big competition for it. hahahahaha. yep so then we got on the plane when it finally got here and then left for manchester. got back to my house at 1 in the morning. uhh pretty poopy. but i just went straight to bed.

so today laurie came in my room at like 12:15 and woke me up because her and and dad were going to walmart and i told her of my really really wierd dreams. which i dont' feel like writing out. so i've got nothing to do today, i already talked to caroline so i might go over her house, and apparently when i left erics house on monday he went online and asked out alex and she said yes!!!! (alex griffith that is) so oh good for eric. and now he's in greece, the lucky bastard. and he gets home the 14th or something like that. so yeah.

i guess i forgot to say that eric and caroline came over my house sunday night and then me and caroline went to eric's hosue monday.
